Nestled within a breathtaking valley, this charming hotel boasts breathtaking views and spacious accommodations. the kind staff made us feel like royalty and were always on hand to help. From the beautifully crafted moments in our room to the delicious local cuisine, every detail was thoughtfully designed to enhance our stay. Plus, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning that featured fresh fruits, homemade pastries, and warm coffee. the grounds also feature a pristine swimming pool, horse riding, and a lovely dog to keep us company.
The hotel was not located very close to the city center, meaning we had to arrange transportation to explore the area.

The location was surrounded by natural beauty and the beach was easily accessible. The staff was amazing with exceptional language skills and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast spread was exceptional with local produce, including the pastries made from their own wheat.
The location was a little remote, which is not necessarily a negative but good to be aware of for those looking for a more lively atmosphere.

The surroundings are calm and relaxed, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the facilities are awe-inspiring, and the staff is always ready to assist you in any way possible. the breakfast spread is exceptional. You can find a wide range of healthy and nutritious options to have a good start to the day.
The property is located a bit far from the city. This can be inconvenient if you have to travel frequently.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the beautiful terrace and spacious trullo apartment. The location was surrounded by natural beauty, with stunning views of the Itria valley. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious pastries made from the hotel's own wheat. The staff was outstanding, with Pia, the manager, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Her exceptional language skills and willingness to help made this hotel a standout choice.
